Microsoft Chat 2.5 released

Thanks to Keith Furman for the tip: Microsoft has quietly updated its Internet chat client, Microsoft Chat, to version 2.5. Formerly known as Comic Chat, MS Chat 2.5 adds a host of new features, including automation rules, a new comic art mode, private sounds and actions, login notifications, and more.
