JSI Tip 8099. Freeware ShareEnum.exe enumerates all the file and print shares in your domain, showing their security settings.

When, as a member of Domain Admins, I run Start /max ShareEnum.exe, a dialog allows you me select between <All domains>, JSIINC, or WORKGROUP. When I press Refresh, ShareEnum uses NetBIOS enumeration to display a list box of all the shares, showing:
