JSI Tip 3018. How do I grant a domain user the right to log on locally to a domain controller?

On the domain controller:

1. Start / Programs / Administrative Tools / Domain Security Policy.

2. Expand Local Policies.

3. Press User Rights Assignments.

4. Scroll to Log On Locally and double-click it.

5. Press Add in the Security Policy dialog.

6. Under Select Users or Groups, enter the user name in the lower pane.

7. Press OK.

8. Press OK in the Security Policy dialog.
