JSI Tip 2988. PDC and Domain Names names in the LMHOSTS file must be uppercase?

In tips 2721 and 1028, I discussed LMHOSTS entries.

If you preload a PDC (DomainName<1B>), the entry may not be recognized in the cache?

Due to an error in Windows NT and Windows 2000, you must use uppercase characters for the domain name, or the entry will not be recognized by NetBT.

The entry should look like:

192.168.0.1 "DOMAINNAME     \0x1b" #PRE
             12345678901234567890

where the number of characters between the " marks must be exactly 20.
