JSI Tip 2092. Why can't I use Regedit to remotely edit a W9x registry?

In tip 0572, I described how to remotely edit a W9x registry.

When you Connect Network Registry in Regedit, it does not send a name query, using the correct NetBIOS suffix.

Regedit only attempts to contact the remote ComputerName.

Regedt32 first tries the remote ComputerName, but if that fails, it then tries ComputerName <00>.
