When attempting to join a domain, you receive:
Unable to connect to the domain controller for this domain. Either the username or password entered is incorrect.
You have networking enabled and the you are using the correct administrator name and password.
This error could occur if SMB signing is enabled on the PDC.
Temporarily disable SMB signing on the PDC or enable it on the workstation.
