Senatorial stick-in-the-mud Orin Hatch said last Friday that he would be opening a second set of hearings to examine Microsoft's business practices. Hatch, who represents Utah in the U.S. Senate, said Microsoft was "playing a game of hide the ball" by not fully disclosing its anti-competitive practices to the government. Hatch says that Congress will investigate Microsoft further when it returns from its annual recess in July
