Dell Computer debuted a new Inspiron laptop this week featuring a 15-inch Active Matrix screen, the first such screen from a top PC maker. Dell, which added the Inspiron line earlier this year to round out the top of its line of multimedia portables, will sell an Inspiron 7000, featuring a Pentium II 266 with 64MB of RAM and a 4GB hard drive, for about $3000. Next week, a 300 MHz version will also be available
