According to a study by DataQuest, sales of Microsoft's Windows NT operating system will grow an astronomical 156% this year over 1996 sales figures. Microsoft is expected to sell 86.5 million copies of Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 this year, while NT shipments alone could reach over 40 million units by the year 2000
