16-bit code with containers in 2016?

Q. Will Windows Server 2016 containers enable me to run 16-bit code?

A. No. While containers enable abstraction of components and the OS the code is still running on the underlying OS which is 64-bit Windows Server 2016 which does not support executing 16-bit code.
