Q. If I have Domain Controllers in Azure how do I monitor them with Advanced Threat Analytics?
A. With version 1.6 of Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA) there is a new lightweight gateway option which is installed directly on the domain controllers and sends the traffic to the ATA server. This removes the need for the separate ATA gateway that has traffic mirrored from the DCs which required affinity between DCs and gateways to ensure traffic could be mirrored within a host.
