Microsoft delivers Internet Explorer 3.0a for Windows 3.1 and NT 3.51

Suddenly, Microsoft's 16-bit browser is a solution for Windows NT 3.51? Hmm. Anyway, Microsoft released Internet Explorer 3.0a today for the 16-bit Windows platform (and, ahem, Windows NT 3.51) with support for Java applets and a new auto proxy tool for network administrators. Anyone who thinks Microsoft's "support" for Windows NT 3.51 stinks, say "Aye!" Geesh
