JSI Tip 8996. When you resume Windows XP SP2 from standby, your Natural Keyboard Elite does NOT function?

The subject behavior may occur if your Natural Keyboard Elite uses a USB connection.

To workaround this problem:

1. Disconnect the keyboard from the USB port.

2. Connect the keyboard to the USB port.

If you want a permanent fix:

1. Shutdown the computer.

2. Connect the keyboard using the PS/2 port.

3. Start your computer.
