JSI Tip 7811. How do I prevent Windows XP from re-creating the 'My ...' sub-folders in 'My Documents' when I delete them?

To prevent Windows XP (and later) from re-creating the My .... sub-folders of My Documents:

1. Open a CMD.EXE Window.

2. Type regsvr32 /u mydocs.dll and press Enter.

3. Press OK when you receive the DllUnregisterServer in mydocs.dll succeeded dialog.

4. Delete the My ... sub-folders that you do not want.

NOTE: If you need the My Documents functions that un-registering this library disables, type regsvr32 mydocs.dll in a CMD.EXE Window.
