JSI Tip 6896. The HP LaserJet 4si prints an additional page from Windows 2000 or Windows XP?

When you print a document to a HP LaserJet 4si printer from Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows XP, more pages print than if you printed from Windows NT 4.0?

This behavior occurs when you use A4 paper, because the top margin is 7mm lower than when you print from Windows NT 4.0.

To workaround this behavior, install the HP LaserJet 4si printer driver from the \Printers\NT4\I386 folder on the Windows NT 4.0 CD-ROM.
