JSI Tip 5822. Outlook Express on Windows XP fails when you add or switch identities?

The first time you add or switch identities in Outlook Express 6.0, the process may abort and cannot be restarted.

If you restart your computer, you can run Outlook Express and switch identities.

To avoid having to shutdown:

1. Right-click a blank area of the taskbar and press Task Manager.

2. Select the Processes tab.

3. Highlight the Msimn.exe process and press End Process.
