JSI Tip 5663. When you use Windows XP Explorer to copy a file from a CD-ROM to a disk, the archive bit is NOT set?

The subject behavior will occur when the folder on the disk has its' archive bit set on.

To workaround this feature, use the CMD prompt to copy the file.
