JSI Tip 5408. Windows XP Remote Assistance session disconnects when you use AOL 7.0 to access the Internet?

If you use AOL 7.0 to connect to the Internet and try to establish a Remote Assistance session, the session may disconnect before the desktop becomes visible to the expert. Additionally, the session may hang on the initiating computer until the expert is disconnected.

You need to contact America Online to obtain an update that is compatible with Windows XP.
