JSI Tip 4892. How do I erase files from a Windows XP CD-RW disc?

To erase files from a CD rewritable disc:

1. Open My Computer and right-click the CD rewritable drive.

2. Press Open to display the temporary storage area.

3. Press Erase this CD-RW in the CD Writing Tasks area.

4. Press Next in the Welcome to the CD Writing Wizard dialog.

5. The Erasing the CD dialog displays a progress meter. When finished, you receive a message in the notification area.
