JSI Tip 4886. How do I add or remove games from Windows XP?

To add or remove games from Windows XP:

01. Mount the Windows XP CD-ROM.

02. Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs / Add/Remove Windows Components.

03. Highlight the Accessories and Utilities line and press Details.

04. If Games is NOT checked, no games are installed. If you want to install all the games, check the Games box and press OK and Next.

05. If Games is NOT checked and you want to install one or more games, highlight the Games line and press Details. Check the boxes of the games you wish to install and press OK, OK, and Next.

06. If the Games box is checked and the the background of the check box is white, all games are installed. To uninstall all the games, uncheck the Games box and press OK and Next.

07. If the Games box is checked and the the background of the check box is white, highlight the Games line, press Details, and uncheck the boxes of the games you wish to uninstall. Press OK, OK, and Next.

08. If the Games box is checked and the the background of the check box is gray, uncheck the Games box to uninstall all the installed games. Press OK and Next.

09. If the Games box is checked and the the background of the check box is gray, highlight the Games line and press Details. Uncheck the boxes next to the games you wish to uninstall and press OK, OK, and Next.

10. Press Finish and Close.
