JSI Tip 4778. The Windows XP Preinstallation Reference Help file incorrectly names the SuppressConfigWizard parameter.

The Ref.chm file in Support\Tools\Deploy.cab on the Windows XP Professional CD-ROM states that the SkipConfigWizardDeviceSettings is a Setup parameter in the \[Fax\] section. This is incorrect, as the actual parameter name is SuppressConfigWizard.

The SuppressConfigWizard parameter controls if the service setting pages of the Configuration Wizard will be displayed when you run Fax for the first time. It should read:

SuppressConfigWizard
Value: True | False
Default: True

Specifies whether or not to display the service setting pages of the Configuration Wizard when the end user runs Fax for the first time.

True

Service setting pages of the Configuration Wizard are skipped when the end user runs Fax for the first time.

False

Service setting pages of the Configuration Wizard are displayed when the end user runs Fax for the first time.
