JSI Tip 1319. RAS - UserName can NOT equal DomainName.

Starting with SP4, RAS prohibits a UserName from equaling the DomainName.

In the RAS Administration tool, you receive:

Error: 6 The handle is invalid

When the user attempts to connect, they receive:

Error 649: The account does not have Remote Access permissions

The only fix is to rename the user's account.
