JSI Tip 10022. You may receive an error when you access links on a domain controller that is started in DSRestore mode and the domain controller is the Distributed File System root server?

When you start a DC that is the DSF root server in DSRestore mode, attempting to access links on the DC may generate:

Access is denied

This behavior occurs because you cannot be authenticated since the Directory Service is stopped.

NOTE: You can still access other resources.
