Q. Are Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 Common Criteria-certified by National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP)?

A. Yes. As of Jan. 9, 2015, both Windows 8 (Professional and Enterprise) and Windows Server 2012 (Standard and Datacenter) are now Common Criteria-certified by NIAP for domain-joined machines.
