Q. Does Windows Virtual PC in Windows 7 support 64-bit guest OSs?

A. No, and that's a real shame in my opinion. Windows Virtual PC is available on the 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Windows 7, but the guest OSs running in the virtual environments can only be running 32-bit OSs. The driver for this virtual platform is to run legacy applications, which wouldn't be 64-bit. Maybe we'll see an enhanced version in the future expanding the supported virtual guests to 64-bit.
