A. Mac servers aren't supported guests on Hyper-V, and I'm not aware of any physical-to-virtual software that migrates from Mac (OSX) to Hyper-V. Unfortunately, to my knowledge, the answer is no. Just replace it with a Windows server .
Also, Apple doesn't allow its OS to run on platforms other than Macs per its EULA, so to virtualize it on Hyper-V would break the license agreement.
