A. No. When Hyper-V is managed by SCVMM, the SCVMM agent is installed on the Hyper-V host and a certificate is exchanged between them to facilitate SCVMM management. The SCVMM agent doesn't allow management from more than one SCVMM server at a time. If you need to change the SCVMM server managing a Hyper-V box, you'll need to disconnect it from the existing SCVMM server as part of the process.
