For those System Center stalwarts already running R2, the latest release for System Center 2012, you'll be glad to know that the Authoring Tool for Service Manager R2 has been updated and is now available for download.
The Authoring Tool allows Service Manager admins to create custom forms, generate and extend classes and relationships in the database, build out workflows, and help with the creation of new management packs.
