Sploit O'Matic On The Loose

Since the beginning of the year no less than six dangerous exploits have been unleashed. I hope you're up to date on your patches.

The most recent dangerous exploit to be unleashed is targeted at VERITAS NetBackup. Another dangerous exploit is the "WMF 'Sploit O'Matic for Dummies ™" tool (OK, I made up that name but you get the point, the tool is real) that would allow even a third-grader to craft a malicious exploit against unpatched Windows systems. Other recently released exploits are targeted at Bluecoat WinProxy, PHP 4.x and MySQL, Windows 2000 kernel, and Mozilla Firefox.
