Mozilla's got two new ways to get support for Firefox: A new forum and a live chat system.
The new Firefox support forums are online right now and the live support chat is being tested and you can partake in the tests. The live chat system uses the cross platform Spark client from Ignite Realtime, which runs on Windows, Linux, and OS X.
