Wednesday night also saw the Best of TechEd award show. There were several categories and all nominees were of exceptional quality and value. As a database guy, I was most interested in the Database Development track. The winner this year was Red Gate Software’s SQL Developer Bundle, an excellent product indeed and quite affordable too. Other nominees in this category included Embarcadero’s DBArtisan and (my own product) Quest Software’s Quest Central for SQL Server.
