SQL Server Central ran a very interesting survey back in the spring of last year. The authors asked respondents to rank features in SQL Server 2005 by how important they were to the user. It's very interesting reading. The survey and results are located at http://www.sqlservercentral.com/columnists/bknight/sqlserver2005surveyresults.asp.
In addition, question four of the survey asked ’Is there a feature that you feel is really missing from SQL Server 2005?'. There are over a couple hundred answers and some of the make good discussion material for innovation in future releases of SQL Server. You can find this information at http://www.sqlservercentral.com/columnists/bknight/usersqlserver2005features.asp.

What do you think?
Thanks,
