This is more or less a celebrity gossip page with lots of before and after pictures showing all of the ways that the world's vainest people have altered their bodies. Some of the images are a lot like a trainwreck - unpleasant, but you can't help but look.
So take your nose away from the grindstone for a few minutes and have a laugh (or a grimace) at someone else's poor judgement.
