Last week, I posted up a reminder about today being the very last day for potential speakers to submit sessions. That ends tonight at midnight. If you're struggling with topics, feel free to contact me directly during the day today and I'll help steer you in the right direction. Nonetheless, get those submissions in today!
Also ending today, is the massive savings off conference registration, what I like to call "early, early bird" savings. Today marks the end of the $600 off the event. We do still have a standard "early bird" savings that is still pretty substantial, but the saving is not as significant.
If you're planning on attending IT/Dev Connections 2014, and want to show your boss just how cost conscious you are, get them to sign-off on registration before the day is out.
You can register, and read more about the "early, early bird" savings here: IT/Dev Connections
IT/Dev Connections 2014 is a week-long event in September (15-19) at the Aria resort in Las Vegas, making it a very comfortable and familiar setting for alumni of the now defunct Microsoft Management Summit. IT/Dev Connections is a bit different than other events in that it delivers technical sessions based on community feedback. This ensures that the sessions are highly technical, explicitly targeted, and free of marketing and messaging. Those that have attended in the past liken it to a conference with a User Group feel, making it one of the most valuable technical learning and networking experiences available.
I truly hope to see you there!
