Amzi! Prolog + Logic Server 7.2 Includes Eclipse 3 IDE

The new 7.2 release of Amzi! Prolog + Logic Serverincorporates the Eclipse 3 IDE to provide a development environment for logicprogramming. This environment provides editing, debugging, and project managementfor logic programs, embedded logicbases, and remote logicbases on Web servers.

 Eclipse 3 featuresa new look and feel with a much more responsive user interface, and the abilityto run many tasks in the background. Support for Unicode source files has beenimproved, allowing the development of mixed language applications. Eclipse alsofeatures improved help, more sophisticated searching capabilities, and tighterCVS integration for team development.

 Amzi! 7.2 adds graphical icons for breakpoints indicating the fourdebug ports: call, fail, redo, and exit. This, in conjunction with the callstack, illustrates advanced logic programming features such as backtracking,recursion, and unification.

 Amzi! supports all the latest Web-based technologies: ASP.NET, VB.NET,C#.NET, Java Servlets, JSP, and XML. It also supports the latest versions of C#,Visual Basic, C++, Java, and Delphi.
