A: No, Windows Server 2012 doesn't support SharePoint 2010 right now.
SharePoint 2010 Compatibility Issues Error Message
If you try to install SharePoint 2010 on Windows Server 2012, you might see at least one of three issues:
- Your SharePoint 2010 installation process fails.
- Your SharePoint 2010 prerequisite installer fails.
- You receive an error message while trying to start the SharePoint 2010 Management Shell.
