Turkey Matters

It's Thanksgiving in the United States and I am not working today, of course. What I am doing is spending the day with some good friends. We're having roasted turkey breast stuffed with pistachios and herbs (thank you Rachael Ray for the recipe!), a vegetable stuffing mix, a green bean casserole, potatoes, gravy, rolls, whole cranberry sauce, various cheeses, flatbread, pumpkin pie, and my very tasty pumpkin cheesecake along with various wines and a frambozen (raspberry) brown ale.

Did I ever mention that I love to cook? I made most of the items for dinner today from scratch, except the potatoes, rolls, and cranberry sauce. A friend made the potatoes, the rolls came from the store, and the cranberry was canned.
