Security vulnerability in Microsoft Site Server 3.0, Commerce
Microsoft Product Bulletin MS00-010, dated February 18, 2000, reports a potential security vulnerability in Microsoft Site Server 3.0, Commerce Edition. Security vulnerabilities in Microsoft Index Server 2.0 and Windows 2000 Indexing service
Microsoft Product Bulletin MS00-006, dated January 27, 2000, reports two potential vulnerabilities in servers that use Microsoft Index Server 2.0 and Windows 2000 (Win2K) Indexing Service. The vulnerabilities let users view files regardless of permissions and potentially discover where key files are located. Patches for Index Server 2.0 are available for Intel and Alpha.
