1. How long do I have access to the Project Plan information?
Your access is open ended for as long as you need to complete your upgrade project.
2. What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
3. Is my transaction secure?
Dev Pro uses VeriSign encryption technology on all credit card transactions. More than 90,000 web sites in 145 countries display the VeriSign Secured Seal to show that their site is prodected by a VeriSign© SSL Certificate. When you see the VeriSign Secured Seal and verify its authenticity, you can feel confident that your information is protected.
4. May I pay by check?
What about purchase orders? If you wish to pay by check or purchase order, please contact customer service. You will not have access to the plans until your account is paid in full.
5. Is my purchase subject to sales tax?
No, this is considered a non-taxable product.
6. What is your refund policy?
This is a non-refundable product. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact customer service.
7. May I use my same logon and password as I use on the Dev Pro site?
Yes, just log in at time of purchase.
8. Can multiple people at my location access the site at the same time?
No, this is access for one user only. If you need additional access for others, you will need to purchase an additional plan.
9. I lost my receipt. Where can I get a copy?
