When you run a .NET Framework-based program, or Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, while logged on to a Windows 2000 SP4 Terminal Server, you receive various errors.
If you are a limited user, and .NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) or earlier is installed on the Terminal Server, you will experience errors caused by the new security components in Windows 2000 SP4.
To workaround this issue, install the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 on the Windows 2000 SP4-based Terminal Server.
