The biggest problem with any gaming system, let alone the Xbox series, is power for the controllers. We’ve delved into the world of chargers in the past, but not since owning the Xbox One. Up to now, we’ve been heavily invested in standard batteries.
So, it was an almost, dare I say, joyous event to be able to test and review the Energizer 2X Smart Charger for Xbox One from PDP.
Here’s what it is/does:

· Includes two Energizer Recharge Battery Packs
· LCD screen indicates exact percentage of charge status

The box comes with the charger but also two battery packs that you snap into your Xbox One controllers and leave them there. When you’re done playing games for the day, or for the hour in our case sometimes, you can just lightly place them into the cradle and let them charge while you’re away. This charger supports charging two Xbox One controllers simultaneously.
The holidays are coming up which means more time for game play – which means more and longer lasting power will be needed. This box may be just slightly bigger than a stocking stuffer, but definitely worth sticking under the tree.
