Only tired and staid HP would use the word "extreme" to market something 5 years after the term fell out of vogue. This week, HP announced a new "extreme" inkjet printer family that offers the fastest printing in the world. Better yet, the cost per print is actually cheaper than previous models, marking one of the first times that a "newer" and "better" edition of anything has been both cheaper and faster than its predecessors. HP promises 4 x 6 photo prints in the half the time of previous printers, which is certainly, uh, extreme
