Microsoft Makes Tablet PCs More Interesting to the Norms

This week, Microsoft shipped a free set of Tablet PC add-on, called the Experience Pack for Tablet PC, that make the devices more friendly for normal consumers and students. Previously, Tablet PCs targeted business users and lock-ins who need to use computers while standing up for some reason. With the Experience Pack, however, the Tablet PC puts on a happier face, with a new desktop theme, a killer natural-paint program, an interesting (if limited) digital media transfer application, a utility for doodling directly on the desktop, and more. If you're one of the lucky eight people out there using a Tablet PC for non-work reasons, check it out today at Microsoft's Web site
