I'm looking to buy a Pocket PC device and I can't decipher Mips, SH3, and StrongArm?

A. Mips, SH3, and StrongArm are three different types of Pocket PC microprocessors. If you plan on copying certain software or shareware to your device from the Internet, you might need to know what type of processor your device has. The table below describes which major Pocket PC devices use which processors.

Device Processor
Cassiopeia E-100, E-105, and E-115 Mips
Compaq iPAQ 3600, 3700, and 3800 series StrongArm
