NOTE: The Readme.txt file states that you cannot run Sysprep.exe on an installation of Windows XP SP1 that was upgraded to SP2 using Update.exe, but this scenario is supported.
The Windows XP Corporate Deployment Tools (deploy.cab) assists system administrators in installing Windows XP Service Pack 2 on multiple computers.
This file contains updates to Setup Manager, the Sysprep utility, and related documentation.

Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) includes an updated version of the System Preparation tool (Sysprep.exe) for both Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Server 2003. Sysprep.exe is located in the Windows XP SP2 Deployment Tools CAB file. Use this version of Sysprep.exe when you deploy Windows XP SP2, Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005, or Windows Server 2003.
Note Windows XP SP2 features and components are included in Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005.
