Microsoft Developer Documentation Moves to Microsoft Docs Portal

Earlier this month during Microsoft's Developer Days online conference, the company not only confirmed that the upcoming Creators Update for Windows 10 was feature complete but they also announced that all developer documentation would reside at the new Microsoft Docs web portal.

The latest check of the Docs portal shows that there is now a section for not only Developer documentation but also information for Hardware Dev and IT Pros.

As you can see by the list below, documentation is available in every area that you can possibly develop for within the Microsoft stack and Windows 10. This content will get you well on your way to beginning your Windows development career or beefing up your current skillset.

Under the Developer documentation tab you will now find links to everything related to Windows 10 development.

The main Docs page also has links to help you get virtual machines for trying out the Windows 10 development environment, joining the Windows Insider program, and taking a look at the Microsoft Virtual Academy.

It is also very likely that exploring the hardware and IT Pro tabs on this same page might help you glean additional information about Windows 10 that will benefit your development efforts.
