This article highlights the use of Workflow Designer for Microsoft Exchange and guides you through a process of creating a solution to automate workflow. Using an Exchange public folder, an Outlook form, and a workflow example, you can move an expense report through a simplified approval process. The workflow example in this article uses values in an Outlook form to determine how the report is sent through the various states in the process. In addition, script is used to automatically notify users that the report has been submitted and reviewed.
