Wonderware Corp. is offering its comprehensive support subscribers free, round-the-clock FactorySuite support to address Year 2000 issues. A team of industry-experienced technical support engineers will provide the service December 15, 1999, and through March 10, 2000. Wonderware's products were designed, developed, and tested to provide consistent data and time operation through 2000, according to Dennis Francouer, Wonderware's technical support and sustaining engineering director. US subscribers can access the service by calling 800-966-3371, and international customers can call 949-727-3299.
