For everyone waiting for SQL Server 2008 news, here's a bit of excitement from Microsoft's World-Wide Partner conference in Houston. The company announced today that it's making SQL Server 2008 available on its August price list. This means that, come August, customers and partners can start putting in their orders for SQL Server 2008, which could RTM in Q3 of this year. Some of you may recall the good news that SQL Server 2008 will be the same price as SQL Server 2005.
