Teva Sport Sandals is using Sage Enterprise Suite to streamline the company’s e-business processes. Sage Enterprise Suite is the new name for the software combination of the Acuity and Best! Imperativ product lines, which has been optimized for use with Microsoft SQL Server relational database. Teva chose Sage Enterprise Suite because it could be integrated seamlessly with the company’s Web site and e-business applications, including its credit card validation and charge application system. Sage Enterprise also handles the accounting for credit card transactions, posts cash receipts, and pays down the account. “\[Sage Enterprise Suite\] has saved us a tremendous amount of time processing and tracking orders because it’s easier to get the data we need, develop sophisticated reports, and monitor the source of sales,” says John Kalinich, Teva Sport Sandals’ director of operations. “It has also greatly improved our inventory management system.”
